How much does managed IT support cost in Spokane, Coeur d’Alene, or North Idaho?
Managed IT and cybersecurity starts at $250–$400/month for the Essentials plan, $500–$800/month for Secure, and $900–$1,500/month for Compliance. Those are starting points for environments up to about 15 users on standard cloud. Your final price is set by four things — number of users and devices, number of locations, any compliance requirements, and how fast you need us to respond — never by your town. Every plan is one flat monthly fee on a single invoice, with the security tools bundled in.
Do you charge hourly?
No. Our core service is a flat monthly managed plan, and our one-time projects are flat-fee with a defined scope, so you know the price before we start. If work falls outside your plan’s scope, we quote it at $125–$175/hour and get your approval first — we never surprise you on the invoice.
What areas do you serve?
We’re local to the Inland Northwest and North Idaho. In Washington we serve Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Mead, and Cheney; in Idaho we serve Coeur d’Alene, the Silver Valley, and St. Maries. Support is remote-first for every client, with onsite coverage and fast response in our Core zone and scheduled onsite visits, or a travel surcharge, in Outer-zone areas.
What’s included in a managed plan?
Essentials covers managed backup and recovery, endpoint protection and patching, email security, and a monthly report of what we did and what we caught. Secure adds security awareness training, shadow-AI and SaaS governance, and a quarterly business review. Compliance adds PCI and CMMC documentation support and a priority SLA for regulated firms. Every tier bundles the underlying tools into one flat monthly invoice.
Do you work with businesses outside Spokane and North Idaho?
Often, yes. Because support is remote-first, we resolve most issues without a visit, so businesses just outside our named service areas can usually still work with us on a managed plan or project. Onsite coverage depends on travel distance — reach out and we’ll tell you honestly whether we’re a good fit.

What one-time projects do you offer, and what do they cost?
Our flat-fee projects include the CIR Check ($495), Network Reliability Fix ($895), Small Business Security Starter ($1,795), Microsoft 365 Foundation ($2,795), and full Cyber Insurance Readiness ($2,995) on the IT side; Website Reliability Tune-up ($895) and Local SEO Foundation ($1,295) on the web side; and Custom Project Discovery ($695), Development Sprint ($4,495), and WooCommerce Launch ($5,995) for custom development. Each project is built to roll into ongoing protection or care.
