The projects, in plain terms

What does the CIR Check include, and what does it cost?

The CIR Check is a flat $495 and takes about five days. It’s a diagnostic that tells you exactly where you stand against what cyber-insurance carriers ask for, so you can see your gaps before a renewal or application. If you move ahead with full Cyber Insurance Readiness within 30 days, the $495 is credited toward it. It’s the low-risk first step, and it rolls into an ongoing managed plan that keeps those controls in place month over month.

What does the Security Starter include, and what does it cost?

The Small Business Security Starter is a flat $1,795 over about two weeks. It puts the foundational controls in place and configured correctly: multi-factor authentication, a password manager, email authentication, an endpoint check, and staff training. It’s the honest baseline most small offices are missing, done properly once and then kept current. Many clients use it as the on-ramp to a managed plan so the controls stay maintained rather than drifting out of date.

What does full Cyber Insurance Readiness include, and what does it cost?

Cyber Insurance Readiness is a flat $2,995 over two to three weeks. It’s the complete carrier-control preparation: a written information security program (WISP), an incident response plan, and an evidence binder you can hand to an underwriter. We position it as an attachment to a managed relationship (the remediation lives inside your plan, so there’s no scramble of separate tool subscriptions), and we time it to your actual renewal rather than manufacturing urgency.

Not the right fit if…

  • You want hourly billing.
  • You’re a multi-state enterprise — we serve small businesses, not departments of large ones.
  • You want us to onboard a competitor’s leftover infrastructure without a Security Starter first.
