Honest IT for small businesses in Spokane, CdA, and North Idaho.
Most IT shops chase enterprise contracts and treat small businesses as an afterthought — quoted by the hour, billed by surprise, and ghosted between problems. We built Customized Technology to be the opposite: flat-fee, scoped work, delivered locally by someone who actually picks up the phone.

Three decades of consulting, development, and on-the-ground problem solving — from Solaris-era UNIX systems to today’s cloud workloads. We’ve worked with law firms, manufacturers, retail shops, and nonprofits across the Inland Northwest. Veteran-owned. Locally based.
