Task Timer – Kanban Focus is a free app for iPhone and iPad from Customized
Technology. It is a Kanban board where every card has its own timer: plan your work as cards, focus on
one at a time in timed sprints with breaks, and let the board move cards for you as timers start, stall
and finish.
What it does
- Your board, your way — start from Kanban, Extended Kanban, Scrum or a simple list, or build your own columns. Set a card limit or a goal on any column.
- A timer on every card — focus sprints with short and long breaks, or a simple countdown up to 24 hours. Start a timer and the card moves to In progress; finish it and it moves to Done.
- Alarms that fit — a notification when a sprint or break ends, a sound for each event, and vibration when your phone is on silent.
- Track your focus — focus time per task for today and the last seven days, recurring tasks, and an archive for finished cards.
Your data stays on your device
No account, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Boards are stored on your device and saved as files
in the app’s own folder. If the app crashes, an anonymous crash report is sent so the problem can be fixed;
it never contains your tasks or notes. Details are in the privacy policy.
